Debango succumbed to death courtesy COVID- 19 in the wee hours of Tuesday, ending a shopping six decades of showbiz enraptures, especially in France where he lived the bulk of his life singing, dancing and fluting with the finesse reserved only for spectacular icon which he was.
He was one of people first set of world superstars to die from coronavirus scourge.
He was born in Duala, Cameroon but led his life in France which he arrived at the teenage in 1949, in Marseille.
